Whats Up Everyone (candida Diagnoses) Posted: 02-19-07 16:38pm
How's everyone doing? I am almost back to
normal because I found out blood sugar was
not my problem at all. It looks like
Candida was what was going on with me. I
have been on this stuff called Threelac
for about 2 weeks now and it like a
miracle. My constant brain fog is gone,
two weeks straight that I can actually
concentrate and have my personality back.
If you look at my post back on 2006 you
can see what my symptoms were and how they
resembled hypoglycemia. The only thing is
I never fainted or had a low blood sugar
attack. I just felt bad constantly. Im
guessing that is what will happen if you
have overgrowth yeast in your intestinal
tract. Hopefully I can reach someone who
is struggling out there they cant seem to
get better. Ive done tons of research over
the past 3 years through my struggle. If
anyone has any questions please let me
know, I would like help you!

Awesome man! Maybe explain to everyone
the process and any symptoms that were a
dead give away this was the problem. What
is this you're taking? Is there a test
they did to see if you had it?

Yeah Im happy so far with the results. But
the best thing that everyone should do
which is simple. When you wake up in the
morning before you put anything in your
mouth. Grab a full glass of water and spit
your saliva into it. Wait for 1 hour, if
you spit is still at the top and looks
like it did when you first spit, then
candida probably is not a problem with
you. However, if your spit sank to the
bottom of the glass, sits in the middle
broken up like, or has long dangling legs
coming from it, candida is most likely
your problem. I am currently taking
Threelac which is a powder form of live
bacteria to kill the yeast inside the
intestinal tract. I have been on it for 2
weeks now and feel great. Not 100% but
about 85%. I also have a thyroid problem
which im on synthroid/cytomel so i cannot
pin point which ones were candida or which
ones are thyroid. But here were my
symptoms.......... poor concentration,
constant brain fog, depression, slurred
speech, blurred vision, constant
fatigue(worse after i eat), weakness, leg
aches(which worsen after i eat), constant
yawning, diarreha, constipation,
depression(loss sex drive, had no
feelings, didnt know what my interest
were, felt like personality was gone) ,
eye floaters, anxiety, you name it i
probably had it. Another thing i noticed
after reading about candida is that some
people have a white tongue, which i had
and thought it was normal till i looked at
my friends and fam. So if you have white
coating onyour tongue I believe thats a
sign. Hopefully this info helps some
people out, let me know if any of you have
any questions.
Thanks

Glad to hear you're doing better and I
almost feel bad for not suggesting
something like this, I had read in one of
my books before that candida is a suspect
when hypoglycemic symptoms are resistant
to treatment. I'm so busy worrying about
sugar on here it didn't even occur to me.
You may find benefit in getting even
better supplementing your diet
occasionally with organic, raw,
unpasteurized sauerkraut. It's expensive,
but candida doesn't stand a chance against
it. Can't get store bought, however, must
be raw and full of living buggies.

Its all good man, you were just trying to
help. But yeah if you eliminate sugar the
candida has trouble surviving, but you
have to take something extra to completely
get rid of it. Remember I always had them
constant symptoms and would always ask you
if you had them. Then I started thinking
about how everyone talked about having a
hypo attack which I definitely never had.
Mine symptoms were just everyday constant.
But worse at times then other.

i'm totally facing this problem. where
can i get more information? My first GTT
came back positive for hypoglycemia.
still waiting for the results on my second
GTT. but my doctor suspects I have a
candida infection as well. The wierdest
thing is that whenever I eat sugars I get
kinda loopy, like I'm buzzed or been
drinking too much. An hour or more later
I get a "hangover". A hypo-diet helped
reduce my symptoms for about 6 months. It
still helps a lot. But there are def.
underlying problems, including allergies
as well. I'm a mess!!! If anyone can help
me, please let me know!

Back in Aug., I was having horrible hypo
symptoms and finally diagnosed with
Candida. I have been on a strict diet
following Bee Wilder's plan at Yahoo
groups. Candida can cause a lot of crazy
things. They say the 'buzzed' feeling is
from the yeast toxins actually releasing
alcohol in you system.

There is actually a famous case in law
involving this where a woman was arrested
for driving drunk and she swore she had
nothing more than saltine crackers.

Also, in Dr. Cook's Yeast Connection
handbook, he sites several cases (and he
even testified in court on a few) where
people were booked for DUI's not having a
drop to drink. It was all yeast related.
