Q: Which Date??

Not quite sure where to post this, but wanted some women's opinions...

My last period was due on Jan. 19. On the 20th there was a little spotting. On the 21st, there was still only a wee bit of spotting. Finally, on the 22nd, it started to seem like a real period. I usually have a 29 day cycle, and I'm trying to figure out when to expect my period (which should be in the next couple of days).

Maybe I'm just being dumb, but I'm confused as to whether I should count my 29 days from the 20th or 22nd. Anyone know??

Well, the natural cycle is rarely exact, so I would give yourself a range: count 29 days from the 20th, and 29 days from the day your period ended. it should come next time somewhere in that range.
