Q: Controlling Ear Wax

For some reason I started getting more wax in my ears than I used to get my whole life - what could be causing that?

Which dietary choices can help reduce the production of ear wax?

It might just be accumulating rather than suddenly coming out?
You can buy ear products or even use warm olive oil to get it out.
