ok so i used to be on birth control...and it ended november 3. so i have been off it for 4 months...but my period as been EVERYDAY since then. Is that normal or is this something i need to discuss with a doctor?

What kind of birth control was it?

IF it was depo, then that is common with the use of depo.

YOU should see a doctor, most definately!
