It's a girl!!!!!! Sorry it's taken me ages to let you know but my computer is still not working and this is the only opertunitie i've had. We are going to be calling her mika charlotte, there was only a small problem which was that she is smaller then they would like her to be, at my 20 weeks scan she should have been between 15 and 17 cm but she was only 13cm so I may have to have another scan at a later date to make sure that she is growing fine. I was right yay!!!

Ahh a little girl - congratulations!!!!

You must be so excited. I found it made it all the more'real' once I knew the sex because he was now 'my son' and not just 'my baby'.

How's school going? Have people noticed your bump yet?

it is pronounced meeka yes. I have five pics to share of her but because i'm using school computers untill mine's fixed i can't share them but i will do as soon as i can. I'm 22 weeks and 3 days today so only 18 weeks to go! i've got a few cute outfits, my pushchair and baby bath amongst nappies and wet wipes etc and my sister is giving me a cot so i'm well on my way! And just as i've got used to knowing that my daughter will only have one set of gfrandparents dom's mum has decided she wants to see Mika, all good you may think but the catch is only if i'm not there. I don't think i'm being unreasnable by wanting to be there while someone i don't tryust holds my baby am i ?

It's not for your boyf's mum to set the rules for when she sees your daughter - you are the mum and you're the boss when it comes to your daughter. If your 'mother in law' is that much of a harridan then I wouldn't let my child any where near her without my presence.

im not letting my mom babysit reese unless my brother is with her. i dont trust her, i feel like she wont do the things i want done for reese and do it her way not mine... so i wont allow her to, shawn feels the same way too, so dont feel bad about ur mother inlaw, its your baby....

my mom wont be allowed to babysit reese till reese can tell her no!

Congrats Danni! And like the others said, it's not for Dom's mum to go laying the law when it comes to your daughter...you're her mum so you're in charge of who sees her and when.

thats why im greatful i have a computer class and my teacher doesnt care what we do as long as we get our work done, we have scanners in the room so if my comp or scanner ever breaks down i can use the one at school...well until i graduate this year anyway ^_^
