.C.R.I.B!!! We bought a chelsea simplicity crib over a month ago. Well, I have been crabbing to mike a lot about needing to get it set up, blah blah blah.

He started doing it tonight and one of the ends were broken in half. It wasn't really noticable to the eye, but it was when I got a sliver of wood in my finger from it. The thing was packed in a ton of styrofoam and plastic, the box wasn't damaged, so it couldn't have been damaged in shipping.

I'm one pissed off lady right now. The company had better hope my mood is better when I finally get through to them.

I would NOT be happy, either. A sliver?? That is completely unsafe for the child. I am sorry. I would be ragging.

Oh, I did do some heavy duty crabbing, that is for sure. Once we inspected it further the whole end was broken in half. .Jesus, what if we hadn't noticed and we put him in it? It makes me sick to my stomach to think about it.

They are going to ship out a new end which should be here in 5 to 7 business days.

I am borrowing a friend's bassinet. It is over 40 years old, but it's beautiful.

That is .a.w.f.u.l, .cindy! Who ever thought a sliver of wood in your finger would be an absolute godsend!
(I just learned today that I keep adding an extra 'o' to absolute!)
