I am 20 year old male and I have recently been experiencing some odd focusing problems. It as if I cannot focus on what is going on around me, everything feels like its moving faster then I can comprehend it. I don't use drugs although I used to smoke marijuana one in a while. I've stopped for good reasons since I would experience horrible panic attacks when I did smoke. I feeling i've been getting is almost similar to having a hangover. My brain feels slightly swollen and i'm certainly irritable. I've been sleeping late like 2am sometimes 5am and wake up around 12pm and today I woke up at 3pm. I thought perhaps the extra sleep would help me but I cannot seem to shake this feeling off. I even play brain age every day to see if i'm losing cognitive function but my memory speed seems to be improving rather then decreasing. I am wondering if its a lack of exercise or poor circulation, do I have a mental condition? I wish I could see a doctor and get an mri, but I have no health insurance since I am currently out of school and won't be returning until late august.

Some other things I have been feeling is a complete feeling of apathy, the lack of any type of emotions sometimes. And like last night I felt so depressed and helpless I began to cry for no reason. I'm trying to self aware as possible but I cannot seem to feel normal. I don't seem to see any of my friends, I typically live alone and I have trouble coping with some of my problems. I used to to obsessive compulsive disorder but I shook that off as a kid. Most people think I have add because of my short attention span. I left my phycologist a message so I could set up an appointment. I would really like to find out if this is all psychological or something physical. If anyone has any insight or medical experience I would greatly appreciate it.

I think my problem is a little similiar, although I haven't smoked weed in years and years. It just happened a couple of days ago. Like I am having a panic attack without the panic. A heaviness in my head, like this weird pressure. It makes me feel blah and not want to do anything and my emotions are all running on high. I also feel nervous.
