Q: Tension headache

doctor
my Name is naresh(21) , i missed mine engineering exam last day , iam in depressed , and mine head is paining a lot , when ever i think of mine exam , it just gets me tension , and head ache , and i had one more problem with , i dont know i had a habbit of speaking with mine own soul , i just speak myself , it just like , it questions from mine heart and i reply for that questions ,

it happens when i be alone
it always happens , every time i be in alone , i speak myself
plz suggest me

Your headache is probably due to psycho-emotional depression because it is provoked whenever you think about the missed exam. Speaking to yourself can be a kind of neurotic manifestation, but is more common than you might know. I can only suggest you seek medical attention from a mental health professional.
