I'm experiencing -a lot- phlem after I eat candies and other things with a lot of sugar. This has become an increasing problem over the last 6 to 8 months. Does anyone know if this is a sign of a specific problem or have any ideas why this is happening? Does anyone have any ideas how to resolve the issue other than just not having the snacky foods any more? Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

Hey,

i really dont know but my wild guess would that it maybe something to do with your glands. The sweets, may produce quite a lot of saliva in anticpancy of more complex foods that need to be broken down.
