I have a scar under my penis and i'm pretty sure I got it before I was 3 years old. What could it be?

Are you talking about on the head underneath? Possibly from circumcision?? I wouldn't bee too concerned if its always been there. Maybe you had a surgery when you were younger that you are unaware of?
