Hi, I am new here and hope I am posting
this in the correct forum.
I wondered if anyone could help me.
For the past 4-5 months I have been having
problems with my abdomen, bowel movements
and urine.
I started having non specific pains in my
stomach. Mostly in the right lower side
but I do get them in the left side also.
I tend to find it easy to pass stool first
thing in the morning (it is usually
diarehea) the rest of the day I am
constipated and it is painful to go. The
stool varies between light brown to dark
brown with black bits. My urine frequency
has increased, sometimes it is cloudy. It
never hurts to pass, but it can differ on
the rate it passes i.E sometimes I feel
like I wnat to go and only a little bit
comes out. On a dip test the urine came
high for protein and blood but was cleared
when it was tested for a urinary tract
infection.
My periods have changed slightly, I tend
to pass alot of clots in the first few
days. The last period I had I passed some
brown blood for two days before my period
( never had that before) and I continued
to spot brown blood 6 days after my period
had ended.
My doctor felt my stomach and I felt some
pain when she pressed in an area in my
right lower side. However she did not do
an internal.
I keep having shooting pains on both my
right and left sides in the area where I
guess my ovaries are. I got up one
morning and it hurt really bad.
On another recent occasion I was unable to
pass stool for a day. The next morning, I
did, as I did I had a stabbing pain in my
left side and it remained for the rest of
the day. During this day I also had an
intense pain around my pelvis area which
left me unable to move for about 10
minutes and continued to be painful
everytime I moved, resonating towards the
anal area.
Now I am having another period and it is
following the same pattern as my last one.
I am very fatigued and felt very sick
last night. Also, I touched my right
ovary area and it was very very painful.
Sorry this is so long but I hope someone
has some ideas.
Originally my doctor diagnosed ibs, but
then changed her mind. I am waiting to
have an ultrasound but the appointment is
taking ages to come through.
Thankyou for reading.

Thank you for posting!
I think all any of us will suggest at this
time is for you to see a doctor. However,
if you'd like some more in-depth
commentary, you can always use the button
up-top that says "ask a doctor!" when one
is online
