Q: Side effects of Nexium

I have started to have a drawing (or puckering) sensation in my throat and my lips pucker when this happens. I does not last very long and then my mouth and throat go back to normal. I was wondering if this was one of side effects of the Nexium. None of the Drs I have seen have an answer for me and it is driving me crazy. Thanks for your help.

A drawing or puckering sensation in the throat and lips are not known side effects of Nexium (esomeprazole). Your symptoms could be due to anxiety, since so many doctors couldn't identify the reason.
