Q: Can Anyone Help Me Decipher?

Hello,
i have received test results that my doctor asked me (sputum bacteriological exam). However he will not be available to read them until next week and I am curious.
Can anyone tell me what this means (actually I am translating this from a foreign language). Here goes:

direct exam
- gram coloration --> few cells/many leukocytes. Scarce mixed flora (?)
- ziehl-neelsen coloration --> no acid-alchool resistant bacilla.

Exam of culture (?) - no potentially pathogenic microorganisms.

What does this mean and what could it be my doctor wanted to find out?

Question
thank you
