Finger not able to insert into foreskin
Firstly, I faced the same situation like most of you here. I'm 25 and just realised about this thing called "phimosis" last year. Did watch porn before and thought that guys in the west (btw, i'm asian) are circumcised. Did watch asian guys also but didn't think much until I saw the penis of the asian men while in toilet are so diff from mine. Did some research in the Net and found out about phimosis.

Tried stretching my foreskin. Once I by accident (over excited for some breakthrough) pull the foreskin way back and it HURTS terribly! I found it very difficult to restore it to its original form and I was like..."I'm dead. What should I do now?" Tried to use ice to cool it and hopefully the penis will shrink so that I could push fwd my foreskin...but it didn't work. Later, I had to just use force to push it fwd...thank God it was back to original form. It was a painful experience! Hurt me for a week I guess. That was the first time I saw my glands. But it was super sensitive...couldn't even bear to touch it.

Since then, i did a few times pull my foreskin backwards (too impatient it seems) and like before, PAIN, PAIN n PAIN.

After that, I didn't bother abt it anymore until recently I was triggered to think that mine is not normal. As I read through articles again, found this forum and this post. I could really identify with the writer...and I'm gona give it another try.

But my question is, I'm not able to even insert my little finger into the foreskin. Am I being too impatient again? Any advice from anyone?

Just about to start stretching!!
Hey,

Just came across this post today. I suppose I have known for a while that my tight foreskin was not normal but I thought nothing of it or chose to forget it. As far as I can remember, I have never been able to pull my foreskin back. It has happened once or twice whilst having sex but it was immediately uncomfortable and extremely tight. I can only have sex using a condom.

One of my biggest fears is that I know how sensitive the head is and as its all ive ever known, im really reluctant and nervous to try the stretching methods.

One thing im confused about is the ring. I know I have to stretch it laterally but where is it? How far is the ring down in the foreskin?? This probably sounds like a really stupid question but like I said before...this is all new. Do I have to touch the head whilst stretching?? I hope not as its so sensitive. If the stretching works, how does one desensitise the head??

Ive searched the net the past few days reading about this and learning about it too but this is the first thread that seems genuine to me. The other sites just seem like scams to get money from you to buy booklets, pamphlets, balloon things etc.

Any help will be really appreciated as I want to start the stretching asap!!

Thanks.

Ok I have a question..... I tried the stretching earlier. I found it awkward to try and hold my foreskin and insert 2 fingers inside to do the lateral stretches...I can fit a finger inside but trying to hold it there without it slipping out is tricky so I tried to pull back my foreskin a bit to see wat would happen. To my surprise I could pull it back so that the tip of the head was exposed ( just past the urethra opening). I could feel tension so I held it there for about 3 mins or so. I was wondering if I should be doing this? I figured that because I was able to do that, maybe I'm past the stage of inserting fingers and doing lateral stretches?? I dont know though. Can anyone tell me?

From reading the other posts I gathered that people doing the lateral stretches weren't able to pull it back at all? I could be completely wrong here so hopefully someone can tell me?

Cheers.

How I overcame phimosis
Hi

I want to share my experience how I cured myself of phimosis. I read asian trails and helper1990 post a year back and had followed their advice of stretching but then had given up midway. I was a virgin then.

After almost a year I started dating a girl and. When I tried to have sex with her I found it difficult to do. I could not pull back my foreskin and was unable to penetrate. It is then that I started to take the problem seriously. I followed the advice given by asiantrail. I slowly started to stretch my foreskin as mentioned.

Initially I could not even pull it back completely even when flaccid. I used to do stretching everday in the morning in shower for 5 mins and again at night before going to bed. I started doing this for a few weeks. This was alongside me trying to have sex. I think the sex bit did help a lot and I think that made me stretch even more. I was always conscious of the fact that I did not want my foreskin to be stuck behind and then it not coming to original state.

I took it slowly. Stretching in the morning along with having sex...where I was not able to penetrate completely but was doing till I could without pain.

After a month doing this I could force my foreskin back without any problem in its flaccid state. At this point I decided to go to the GP. It was first time I went to a doctor for something like this.

He had a look at me and then told there is nothing serious and asked what I wanted him to do. I found this strange but I was too shy so I told him to prescribe me betamethasone steroidal cream and he did that. Nothing else.

I then started applying the cream along with my stretching. I did not feel a noticable difference by the cream.

But I must add that I did not apply it for more than two weeks.

By doing streching along with sex once a week I could pull my foreskin. Finally one day while having sex it went behind the head when hard.

This was the first time I saw how a penis looks.

But I could not pull it back easily and had to pull the skin along the edges to roll over. It feels highly sensitive. Now I am at a stage where I can pull back when flaccid and when erect with bit of effor. But when I am having sex it comes back easily even when I am hard. I think its got to do with the moisture in the vagina.

All this took me 3 months.

What a wonderful post about one's experience with phimosis.
I have had great pleasure (argh) in the stretching phimosis issue.

I have read so many tips and help, but yours is so easy and simple.

You can get better results if there was a device which was adjustable, safe and could stretch the phimotic ring/more flexible skin etc. and could be left safely in the area of issue. If a 1 hour stretch was managed each day, quicker progress would be achieved......
However, I am not aware of any device yet, which can do this safely, especially because of the, sometimes, extremely small area available to fit such a device ouch........

I need to manage a final stretch as the foreskin is still just a little tight lol.

Once again, Asiantrail, congratulations for spending YOUR time on such a post, to help avoid the unnecessary suffering of your fellow man.
The internet is a great info sharing source............... wicked indeed....!!!!!!!!!! FEEL THE POWER OF THE INTERNET, PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!! SHARE YOUR KNOWLEDGE, YOUR EXPERIENCES, IT CAN ONLY BE A GOOD THING.....................

It is no surprise that circumcision is pushed as the only option when the fact is that removed foreskins are used as cell starters for skin grafts....In case you don't believe me due to shock or just cynicism google it lol.
Foreskins are worth a fortune.................

about to start
yeah first off i found it hard to insert a finger without it slipping out and etc etc
secpnd of all, does anyone else also have a ridge of skin that sortof connects to the top of the glan from the base of the testes? im worried that this might prevent me from retracting the foreskin completely after i managed to get to that stage?
oh btw im 15 years old, but im sure i have phimosis.

it works
after about 1 or 2 months doing gentle stretching exercises, I have successfully managed to retract my foreskin completely.

i used to think, i might have problems such as a short frenelum, or my foreskin could be stuck to my head... but its not true.

So , to everyone out there, don't give up.
=)

question about streching for phimosis - non-retractable foreskin
hi ... i read a post describing a 6 week method for streching to relieve phimosis. I have a few questions and wondering if somebidy can help me:
1. when I am streching do I slip my foresking down or roll it down
2. I think it is better to apply steroids on the top of the foreskin; do I also apply some lubricant or de-sensitizing cream on my gland - it is now very sensitive and painful to touch.
3. if not what is the best method to make the glands non-sensitive
4. I read about the beague method - does anybody has experience using that method
5. will I know I have frenulum breve only after pushing my foreskin past the ridge or can I know it earlier

- thanks

tear in foreskin
Hi I think I over did the stretching a bit and have a small tear in my foreskin.

Should I continue stretching after it has healed and if so how long should I leave it to heal before trying again? Also how tight are people stretching cos I think I was a bit rough lol
I'm thinking about moving on to retracting the foreskin over the erect head to stretch rather than using my fingers...

LIfe Changing Post
Thank you to the guy who posted this originally. I nearly had a circumcision had I not seen this post.

Everything he said works and the timescale is right too. About 6 weeks for full retractability when erect (albeit a bit tight) and further months to become completely normal.

Anyone out there please just know your body and go with how it feels. You don't have to see the whole glans at first but keep trying to gently retract it.

Good luck everyone! And thanks again original poster!

have i got phimosis?
have i got phimosis? i can pull my foreskin back with ease when not erect but when i am erect i can only pull it to the base of my head once there it doesnt move and is painful when i to try to slide it lower- when it is at the base a light pink roll of skin appears , is that because of the ring which stops you sliding it lower?

Okay... couple questions. I've been stretching for about a week now but still too tight to actually fit even a pinky finger in the opening, never mind two. Just keep stretching until it's a large enough hole?... Also, so far just been using water and taking baths, seems to help. I've read on other sites that using a steroid cream can help quicken up the process, but that it thins out the skin and can be more prone to infection thereafter. Anyone used the cream and had these issues? I would rather have to be patient and have it take longer than issues further down the line...

I wonder how severe asian_trail's Phimosis was... he says you should soon be able to insert even the little finger under the foreskin, though I have been stretching (simply by pulling the foreskin as far back as it will comfortably go plus using clobetasone butyrate 0.05% cream) for a week, and I cannot even get near inserting my little finger between the foreskin and head of the penis underneath. Infact I've not even noticed any difference at all. Also I've had mild headaches and a strange pulsing sensation at the head of my penis since using the steroid cream. I'm terrifed about the thought of a circumcision and it's potential risks. I'm beginning to think maybe I should just be celibate for the rest of my life. It'll probably be a lot easier and at this rate will be my only option.
