This acne is really making me feel so much worse about myself..I mean I feel I could be a lot better looking..If the acne would just stop..I can never have a clear face...I mean I have a few acne scars like the reddish ones...And then the actual acne..Its just making me feel so ugly..What do I do to get rid of it all!!

Hey girl!
I have been getting a few spots as well here and there. I just went and bought a 3 step kit from clinique. My g/f uses it and loves it. Someone also told me about the vichy line of skin care - it's also supposed to be really good.
Unfortunately, there's not too much you can do about acne right now b/c you're getting it b/c of your raging hormone's!!!! It will get better though and usually your face tends to clear up into your 2nd trimester and you'll start to get your "pregnancy glow".......Or so i'm hoping!!!!! Lol Wink
try finding something to suit your skin type and/ or with a salicylic acid in it (if you can use this on your face) - it's ok to use when your pregnant. It will help with the acne. Don't use heavy foundations and use an oil-free moisturizer!!!!!!!!
Good luck and let me know how it goes!
Hope this info helps you!?! Smile

Ask your dr before you use anything on your face. I was told some are not to be used I cant remember which ones. Oh and I heard that salicylic acid has not been tested on pregnant woment so how can they know its safe

Actually - salicylic acid is safe to use when you are pregnant. I have asked 2 doctor's about this and anything topical is generally ok, but of course, it is wise to consult your doctor first before using!!!!!

K - not too sure that there is a cream out there that will actually work well enough to reduce the scaring from acne. I've heard of some, but I don't know anyone who's used it???!!!!
Vichy I thought was sold in the States as well??? I can't imagine it only being here in Canada - it's a European brand I thought??? We never have anything that the States doesn't have!!!!! Laughing Laughing

Pregnancy glow here we come ladies!!!!!!!!!!! Wink
