Im in exactly the same position. My period has allways come faithfully on the 3rd day of my sugar pill but this month it didnt. On the 4th day I had some spotting and that was it. I did a pregnancy test and it was negative. Some pills do make your period lighter, and some women dont get it at all. Maybe this is what has happened. Maybe see what happens and if it doesnt come do a home pregnancy test.
