Okay my hubby and I are trying to have another baby but since I had my baby a year ago my periods have been very irregular and i'm not sure if I will even be able to conceive again. I saw my doctor about it and she put me on provera for 10 days to help make my periods regular again and now I am suppose to be ovulating now, but I started spotting today...Is it normal to spot during ovulation or could I not be ovulating? I would appreciate any input. Thank you...

Ive heard of this, but it's not that common maybe because we don't usually look, perhaps your anxiety about getting pregnant isn't helping, try getting your partner to cold shower his testes to cool down and stimulate the activity of the spermatozoa, its a great distraction and takes some of the burden off you, loose gent's underwear is also a good ,tip the testes don't hang out side the body cavity for nothing they need to be cool to be active, also i've heard that soft brushing in circular movements of the whole of the body stimulates the lymphatic system now that could be of mutual benefit. It will happen, with luv.

Have you looked at the ingredients in Ovulex? They are vitamins and herbs. This is an herbal supplement. It is not regulated by the .F.D.A. It is not prescribed by doctors. And, if it really and truly 'worked', I kind of think it would be.

But, hey, that is just me being frugal with my money.

Ovulex
Thanks Ingi.........i will look into it, somehow i think its working and its been only 7 days. My period came 4 days earlier just 3 days after starting Ovulex. I have also noticed that when i have an org. my cervical mucus is more abundant and stretchier in consistency. I feel flutters on both my left and right side simultaneously at times, am guessing its my ovaries. may its mind over matter but i have noticed a difference. Like before my period would come heavy on the first day and light on the second but accompanied by big clots, this time on ovulex it came bright red and normal flow and it did not smell like period, my period lasted 3 days. I do have some breast tenderness which is strange for me after my period.
