Q: Sharp pain under ribcage

I have a sharp pain in my ribcage under my left breast. It is aggravated when I twist my torso or move my left shoulder. I have had it for 3 days

According to the symptoms you report (“sharp pain under the left breast aggravated when twisting the torso or moving the left shoulder”) you could be experiencing some muscle pains due to injury, inflammation or overworking the muscles. You may try aspirin, acetaminophen, ketoprofen, ibuprofen etc. If the pain persist, you can seek an opinion from your primary physician and an orthopedist, if necessary.
