Q: Sore Indentation On Nose.

I have this indentation on the bridge of my nose smaller than a grain of rice and about the same shape, it's yellowish, and is sore when I touch it. What the heck is it???

Maybe a group of blocked pores.......have u tried applying pressure to it? Does anything come out?
