About 3 weeks ago, my back started hurting for no reason. I did nothing to hurt it, strain it, or pull any muscles. It’s like I went to bed fine, and woke up with my spine hurting. I have been going to the chiropractor 3 times a week, and my back doesn’t even feel a little bit better. It has not changed.
When I go to bed or sit down, the pain does not subside or go away. The pain in right in the middle of my spine. Nothing is making it go away.
What do you suggest I do now?

If I were going to see anyone it would first be a physiotherapist. Ive actually had this happen to me, took a while to go away by itself. Its most probable that it happens to be a pinched spinal nerve.
