Hi im new, ive had anxiety disorder ever
since I was young. I wont get too into it
but for quite some time now ive had a
serious problem. At night sometimes when
im sleeping I get bad crushing chest
pains. And I dont mean before sleep, I
mean in my sleep I feel it, in my dreams
too. Then when I wake up, I still have
it, but it goes away within seconds. I am
terrified that its sleep apnea. I sleep
on the couch due to anxiety and I might
have gerd. I have alot of stomach
problems (nausea espicaly in the morning,
heartburn. Etc). This problem comes and
goes usualy its not there. I probably get
it at most once a month sometimes a few
days in a row. Today I got it and I
noticed that my throat was sore for a bit
I thought I was sick but I wasnt. I also
hacked up some pieces of digested food
that were stuck in my throat. (ew I
know). Anyone have any suggestions as to
what this could be? Thanks!

Hi there monte. Are you on medication?
In therapy?
This is good input but it seems to be a
very seroius problem. Seroius problems
need explaining to fully understand. It
sounds like your getting extremely worked
up. Sleep is something that we must
learn how to get...It must be a good thing
not something to upset us.
Have you talked with your Dr. About this?

Talk to a doctor and try and get into
therapy. Cognitive training is what
helped me and I think it might help you.
