Q: Discolouration Around Eyes

I am 32 and have four children. Over the last few months if not more I have noticed the skin around my eyes is a yellow/orange colour esp. In photos and good light. I do suffer frm anemia at times and have suffered with asthama since I was 15. What is this? What can I do about it?
