I have expeeirieced it I sleep and suddenly in midnight I dream sumthin normal I realise tht I am having sum eroor but my body cant move atall I realise tht I know whts going but I cant do anything ..I try to move as hard as I can but I just cant move....Latter in sumtime say max to max 10 mins. I shout out and awake others..After I shout out I realise my full body cant move its paralitic kind...I m reallly scared whts happng with me plz tell me I m just 24 yrs I have encountered it in last 1 yr it happen s v rarely but happens I think I will die or paralytic plz frds help me wht to do I scares to go to doctor as I know tht they put u in a loop even if nuthin is wrong...Plz help me.......Mail me at sanghvideven@hotmail.Com..I beg u all plz help me I l die or wht damage or will it make it a paralyysis how to prevent it plz plz frds help me ....
