Q: Can masturbation cause erectile dysfunction?

i had masterbated for 7 years very frequently, now my pennis became smaller, ,i have errection problem too, sperm always present at the tip of my pennis,urine seems to be more cloudy, i consulted a doctor(urologist) for these ,
He asked me to undergo operation on my left vercose, i have undergone, but the condition seems to be more worst that before but there is more amount of sperm count increased, my pennis is lying at my left side.
but one of my testis is not in any motion(left),

my serious problem is sunken eyes it gone inside my face even my close friends find difficult to analyse me , this problem is affecting my personality ,thuis make me reserved is there any remedy for this....

It doesn’t seem likely that frequent masturbation can cause erectile dysfunction or a decrease in the size of your penis. Frequent masturbation can cause increased secretion by the urethral glands and urethral discharge, but that discharge is not a sperm.
An enlarged testicular vein (varicocella) can’t cause a smaller penis or erectile dysfunction, either, but can cause decreased sperm count. You may seek a second opinion from another urologist and even get an appointment with an endocrinologist for your genital problems.
“Sunken eyes” is also hard to understand without a physical examination, so you might want to visit an ophthalmologist, too.
