Q: Severe dizziness & extreme vomitting

i have severe dizzyness and extreme vomiting, i dont have any temperature.
wht is wrong with me? ( im a guy)

Headache, Migraines, Sinus Conditions Answer A2387
It is heart to say what is wrong with you only according to your symptoms. Vomiting can be due to some stomach disorder or inner ear disorder. If vomiting was due to some stomach disorders it would be also accompanied by stomach pain, acid reflux, etc. which is not happening in your case. Inner ear disorders are usually manifested with dizziness and vomiting. Hearing can be also disturbed. You may visit your primary health provider and ENT-specialist if necessary.
