I keep having cramps all over my entire body: torso, feet, legs, back, hands. These are spasims that feel crippling. Is this the beginning of arthritis?

Not necessarily, but it's possible. I have arthritis and fibromyalgia and both of those conditions can cause muscle cramps and intense muscle spasms. If this is something you've been experiencing for quite awhile, make an appointment with your doctor and/or a rheumatologist asap. =)
