It's been several years now that i've noticed problems with my voice and throat. I have a harder time swallowing dry things. I can no longer sing. Not that I ever had a great voice, but I could hold a tune. Now I can't hold a tune and can even only try for a few seconds before my throat tightens up and basically can't get much out. I've had for years a voice that gets hoarse, gruff sounding if I talk for too long.
