It could just be stress... You'd be amazed at what stress can do to your body... My sister was a real-estate agent and she said that she knew someone who was so stressed out that she had blisters growing on her neck and she was always shaky.

Personally, i've already had a hypoglycemia because of stress, i've lost hair, i've had stomach aches, headaches that lasted up to 4 days straight, muscle pain, acne, itchy hands and feet (really itchy). I thought I had lupus to be honest. But after a while things settled and I learned to recognize my stress. After you recognize your stress you are better able to manage it.

Also, I am a bit like you, I have been called hypocondriac by my mother because I go through periods were I feel really unhealthy and I keep asking her to take me to the doctor and get a complete check up. I have slef-diagnosed so many diseases; it's unbelievable.

At the moment, I feel healthy, eating lots of fruit and veges really helps.
