Q: Tapp Hernia Repair.

This is just an hypothetical question,but say you have a tapp laparoscopy on a bilateral inguinal hernia.What is the recommended closure size for all gaps to be closed.Is a gap of 10-12mm acceptable,or is this too big and could this gap lead to re-herniation and twisted/blocked bowels.Any answers would be most helpful.
