I have had panic attacks for years and now
cannot work, almost can't drive. I am on
3 mg. Xanax per day which makes me just
okay enough to not go insane. Now at
night, i'm getting mini attacks all nite
long and I also get night drenches due to
periomenopause. My fear upon fears is
that the xanax is my life savior (and
mind), yet i'm becoming immune to the
dose. If this is happening, what is
gonna happen to me in the years to come.
I get so anxious I cannot even talk...I
kinda freeze up. I can't afford high end
herbals or anything much since I can't
work. Please reply and thanks for
listening

Hi there. Yea one of the best thing to
do about anxiety is work on it throught
the day. Start with something relaxing
when you wake up to start your day
off....
For me when I was in the most depressave
stages of my life I was alwasy very
anxious in the mornings becuase I knew I
would just drag myself down thoughout the
day. So I found some lotion that has
lavender and camiliea(sp?) in it. It has
a super relaxing smell and I never knew I
liked lavendar. Well every morning after
a shower I put this on in front of the
mirror and just enjoy the moment...Even if
its for a few seconds.
I make sure I have time to do this in the
morning....Every morning.
This is just one thing ive done to help
myself without being on meds. It takes a
very long time to figure ourselfs out but
once you start its easy to keep going.
Try new things....Small things like I said
above. I mean putting lotion on in the
morning isint that big of a deal....But 2
me it ment I was gona have a good day.
