Hi folks

how are night sweats defined?

I've noticed over the last few days that if I sleep curled up on my side i'll wake up and my chest will be damp. It only happens when I sleep on my side, not on my back (which is how I usually sleep). I don't have to get up and change the sheets or anything like that.

Is this a "night sweat"?
