More spam?

Well with good healthy diet the body receives plenty (over recommended intake) of calcium to enable proper development, therefore such supplements are not required.

Calcium Is a Crutial Element
Calcium is a crucial element for our body. Some think that they get it enough from food. But the level of its assimilation varies from person to person. It depends from the general condition of our body and a lot of other outside factors. For example people living on polluted areas have to take additional supplements of various life-needed elements, including calcium as well.

Well in fact, at least in the well developed countries, the only mineral or vitamin that is not rare in defeiciency is iron!
