I have been really tired, i have headaches i can take medicine and as soon as the medicine wears off it' back, and today i got dizzy twice in an hour just wondering what could be causing this. It seems that you'll need some additional medical examinations such as a physical status, measurement of the blood pressure, standard blood work, etc. in order to diagnose the cause of the headache. You can visit your primary health provider for an examination.
