One of my friends is experiencing occasional pain in his right upper chest and in the right ribs and sometimes in the back.He is having cold in the chest and he is experiencing pain only recently.He is having gastric problem also.He consumes very little water per day.He is in india now and it is winter season there.Now he started consuming more water and takes tea.His age is 28.Taking these factors into consideration can any one tell me is it a symptom of any complicated disease or any simple issue?Whether treatment is required?If so wht kind of medical attention he needs?
