Ok I am new and really need advice I think I am on the verge of a break down, I went for a routine blood work in nov, all my counts were up wbc 11.2 red up hct up also, went to my regular dr and she sent me to a blood specialist who also did blood work and counts were still up in dec. So he scheduled a bone marrow test which I kept rescheduling because of pure fear, well I just done that on tues, the 6th and now I have to wait 2 weeks to hear back. In the meantime I have a 23 month old daughter a full time job and I am paralyzed with fear that something terrible will be wrong and I won't be here for my baby. I just need somone's opinion, advice whatever I don't know who to talk to, and am trying to keep a brave face but I don't know that I can. Thanks for listening

Tinae,

Please dont panic, there are many things that can effect your blood count e.g minor illness (cold/flu)

I totally dont blame you for being scared but doctors have to test as a precautionary, not necessarily because they think you have it.

Update us as when you get a chance! I hope your tests came back diagnosing nothing!

Take Care!
