It's normal for preg women to have their periods during pregnancy for up to 5-6 months, but only if the periods are light and short.

So how about ur period? Was it lighter than usual and lasted shorter?

If it's light and already toward the end...It might be a sign, but no need to worry yet.

What other signs u have? Like morning sickness? When was ur last period before this light one? When did you two have unprotected sex?

Your sister miscarried at 6 months? I wouldn't even call that a miscarriage as most babies at 6 months are viable as long as they are put in the nicu and given time for their organs and lungs to develop properly

Tanya,

actually it can happen. A cousin of mine was 6 months and the lungs didnt develop right and they burst. And they had to vut her open and get the baby out. It was sad.

See just goes to show how much I don't know! Sorry I just never thought of it as a miscarriage I guess. But your right that is sad. In some way I wish I would have miscarried earlier instead of bonding for those 9 months. But seeing that sweet little face, even if it wasnt for long was worth the wait. Crying or Very sad
