I can never get to sleep til 2-3 in the am and I dont get up til 4-5 in the pm. Every since I got pregnant all I ever wanna do is sleep. Has anyone else ever wanted to sleep all day and not get up? Or is it bad sleeping too much like that? I usually stay in bed cuz my fiance is at work and im home alone w/nothing to do, no money or no food.

I cant talk from a pregnancy point of view because ive never and am not pregnant but ive done that before, gone to bed really late and slept all day. I would think that as long as you are actually sleeping, the time is irrelevant, I could be wrong. Next time you go to the doctor, it might be a question that you could ask.

That sounds like depression.

It's true you're more tired when pregnant but there is no need to sleep more than 10 hours (12 tops). The more you sleep the more tired you will feel. If you feel tired during the day take a nap (no more than 2 hours). If you want to stay up until 2am, that's fine, but drag your butt out of bed by noon and go do something.

And you have no food? Your baby needs food. Go apply for wic.

How old are you?

Oh, and here's an idea...

If you're so bored while your fiance is at work and you have no money, why don't you go get a job? Is there a reason you're not working?

It does sound like depression. If you are 'bored' during the day, take some classes. Being a mom does not cure 'boredom'. Be sure to discuss your feelings of depression with your doctor! This is important.

.I don;t want to sound mean or nosy but is there any reason why you aren't working?Even just part time....If you say you have no money now, what are you going to do when you have the baby?I was working when .I found out .I was pregnant, and i. Worked between 40 and 60 hours a week right up until yesterday.Don't let yourself get in a rut where you're 'stuck' at home all day...Go for a walk, get a job....Just do something to make money/keep yourself occupied.

Even though I dont agree with it, there is a good chance if you dont have a job now, it will be really hard to get one as employers want stability and they dont find stability in pregnant females as they will go on maternity leave (not sure what you have in other countries) but you might be one of the lucky ones! Its worth a try if there is no reason you aren't working.

Is it the lack of money the reason you don't have any food? Or is it just that you havent been to the grocery store? If it is lack of money, do you have charity shops that give out food vouchers?? I'm not sure as all countries have their own systems in place.

Goodluck with everything!

We dont have any food because of no money. My fiance wasnt working for the past 2 weeks and now hes found a really big job so hes getting paid over $300 a week. They dont have food vouchers here, I just need to call wic again and get an appointment cuz wic will really help me.

you need to get a job. It's gonna be mighty tough to raise a baby on that $. My ex makes that and can barely afford to give me 140$ a month after he pays his rent and bills.

You need tget off your butt and think about this child, if wic hasn't called you back, go there. Go to a placement agency, find a temp position. Omit your pregnancy for now too if you have to..

You two better get that under control before the baby comes. You can't just not feed your baby because you don't have money. That's not an option and isn't acceptable. Apply for food stamps if you have to. Move back home if you have to.

It's easy to say "things won't be that way when the baby's born" but will that be true? You're having a hard time now with just the two of you. Why would things be any easier with three? Babies are very expensive. You need to decide now if you'll be able to support your child, especially since you're having trouble supporting yourself.

Apply at .Mc.Donald's. Babysit. Wash cars. Walk dogs. There is always something out there. Going hungry isn't fair to your child, who is relying on the nutrients you put in your mouth so he/she can grow. Get your priorities straight and don't rely solely on your boyfriend's "big job". Take care of your business. You're going to be a mother.

The people were staying with have food stamps, they get $200 a month. So we dont know if me and my fiance can apply for one because we all live under the same roof and I dont think we can get food stamps also.
Where can I find some babysitting jobs? Ive babysat since I was 13 so I think thatd be a great idea. We really need to get money, your right because babies are expensive and even though im just 10 weeks along, we still need to find an apartment and other important things before the baby is born

.I applied for .W.I.C online & got approved that way & they sent me my card in the mail like 2 months later. You should really get cracking on it because .W.I.C sucks at getting back to people fast.

Well here's the site I found.. Http://www.Doh.State.Fl.Us/family/wic/inde x.Html

.I'm not sure if you can apply online, because I don't see a link for it anywhere.

& .Now that I think about it, maybe it was .Medicaid I applied for online, & then once I was approved for .Medicaid, I was eligible for .W.I.C & the lady who did my home visit got me an appointment.

Confused

Medicaid is state aid health insurance. It pays for *everything* during your pregnancy. That's the easiest way to get on .W.I.C, though. If .I'm remembering correctly. Because if you're eligible for .Medicaid, you're automatically eligible for .W.I.C & they will set you up with an appointment without even having to apply. I'd search online for information about .Medicaid in .Florida & try to apply online.

Confused .That'd be strange if she did. I have insurance other than .Medicaid, but it doesn't cover anything pregnancy related at all.

I did find a website for you, though, .Nicki. If you need .Medicaid.

Http://ahca.Myflorida.Com/medicaid/about/a bout2.Shtml

.Go there (all lowercase except the .M in .Medicaid) & .Click on the first link. It says "department of children and families, office of economic self sufficiency" & .Then you can click on where it says .Apply .For .Pregnancy .Medicaid or whatever else you see that might help you.
