Is sleeping on your stomach while your pregnant bad? I am 10 weeks and I always sleep on my stomach because thats the only way I can fall asleep. Ive tried sleeping on my back or my side and it takes me so long to get comfortable and fall asleep. So I wanna know if sleeping on your stomach is bad and if it will harm the baby?

Nope. It's fine. When your bump gets bigger it will be too hard and uncomfortable to sleep that way.

Remember, your baby is really small right now. Very small. Laying on your stomach isn't going to hurt it.

Do it now while you can. You'll be missing it like crazy when your belly is round and huge.
