I've been seeing a gi specialist and she sent me to get an am cortisol test with a slight suspicion of addisons. Well as it turns out I have excessivly high cortisol, which makes almost no sense what-so-ever. I know that high cortisol levels can mean cushings, or depression. And that symptoms are often weight gain, pale skin, high blood pressure. Im confused - all of my symptoms are the opposite of this.

Does anyone know why this might have occured? Im going to go nuts until I can get in to see an endocrinologist
