Q: Breast Pain

Okay, i'm having a serious pain in my breast. It feels lumpy and achy almost like it did when I needed to empty it from breastfeeding. Yesterday in the shower it leaked milk. I've been discreetly massaging the lump all morning, even went to the bathroom to see if there was any milk there and nothing. Do you think it could be a clogged duct? If so, how the hell do I deal with it?

Oh man, how long has it been now since you've stopped breastfeeding?

Do you think it's been there since? Like unnoticed and unpainful?

I'd say to call your gyno just in case. Something just doesn't sound right about a lump and strange discharge.

I don't know much about that kind of thing, but if it's not milk, than I don't know what it could be!

I think it's milk, it looked exactly the same. I stopped breastfeeding about 6 1/2 - 7 months ago.

Occasionally i'll still leak. But it's only like a few teaspoons. This is the first time i've had this achiness though. It feels like the clogged ducts I used to get.
I have no idea what else it could be...

It could be a clogged duct. I had one recently since I stopped breast feeding. I also had them back when I was tryign to let my breast dry up from hunter. But I coudlnt' tell you if that is what you have. I would put a hot compress over it and rub it too.
