I'm changing caps and nothing's working am I doing something wrong here?

I had to post the direct link which is to a windows media file.
I tried embedding it in a html page but it doesn't want to play ball for some reason.

there seems to be a prob with the links today. Some I posted are not working either but when sent in an e-mail or on msn there were no probs.
