Q: Tarter On the Back of My Throat

Its weird I have this crevis on the left side of my throat near my tonsils and when I look there I see some built up yellow peices. Accasionall I sneeze and some of it gets loose and it is like how food turns into tarter smells etc. Its too hard for me to reach back there and clean it out without me gagging. Arggg frustrated!
