Q: Strange Dry Skin Patch

I'm actually posting today in order to find a solution for the strange rash on my girlfriend's leg. It's on the calf of her leg and it started as a small round dry spot. It slowly spread out and became dry and red. It itches a lot and she is a little embarrased to post about it but she did let me get pictures. Could someone help me idetify this so I can help her fix it?

We would go to a doctor but it's something we just can't do right now.

Please help.

Regardless what the Dr. Does it will be profesional and they will have there own diagnosis for it. Best thing to ever do if something comes up and you have questions about it is see a Dr. For a physical examination...Theres only so much you can tell by pictures and word of mouth.

They'll prob just give her some sort of cortisone cream. Nothing crazy expensive.
