Here's a nice brew to try:
1. Two pounds of ground meat (lamb and beef are best because of the taste combination)
2. Two chopped fresh green peppers
3. 1 to 2 cups of frozen or fresh spinach
4. 1 container of chopped baby portabella mushrooms
5. Turkey fat for taste (any fat will do, I get this from the turkey I make)
6. 1 tablespoon of butter
7. 1 to 2 tablespoons of sea salt
fill up a pot and fill with water to approximately right when you start to see it. Boil and eat! Takes about thirty minutes at the most if covered. You'll be surprised how good this is.
