Q: Are birthmarks skin cancer?

i've got a 2 colored birthmark (brown and light brown)

is this cancer?

According to the description of “2 colored birthmarks”, it is hard to say precisely what condition the skin is in. However, it doesn’t seem likely that you have skin cancer. Skin cancer is defined as a malignant tumor with epithelial origin that usually looks like a wound that doesn’t heal.
Your “birthmarks” could be some type of benign tumors from the group of nevi.
You can visit a dermatologist for a precise diagnosis and treatment, if necessary.
