Q: Palm Oil

I don't understand why people keep spending so much money on vitamins when you can get a lot of it from what you eat. E.G low fat dairy for calcium, palm oil for vitamin e, coq10, beta carotene . Granted some advantages can be found in covering your bases with a multivite, but I think nothing else is needed if you eat healthily.
