Q: What Is This? Skin Problem In Perineal Area

About five years ago, I noticed a small lump in my perineal area. It wasn't painful, so I ignored it until it ulcerated about a year or so later (i don't remember how long it was). It was like a pimple or boil and would ooze when popped. A year or more later, I had a baby (at home). I didn't notice the problem during my pregnancy, but shortly after birth, the cyst or whatever filled to the point that I could hardly walk until I finally popped it. Now it oozes slightly nearly every day. It's not incapacitating but annoying. Occasionally it fills up, causing local and low back pain. This is gross, but when it pops puss sometimes emerges from both the vagina and the anus.

I'm sorry this is so gross. Does anybody have any idea what this might be?

Go See a Doctor
It sounds like you have a recto-vaginal fistula that has a tract to the perineal area. The only way to fix it is surgery. have you had more than one child? I would go to a colorectal specialist to see if thats what it is.
