Q: Cleansing the Colon

Hi. I would like to share my excitement and feelings about a gastro-intestinal cleanse I did several months ago. It's called the, "so easy cleanse" being the only 3-day colon cleanse to remove encrusted fecal matter aka mucoid plaque. The ingredients are all organic, raw, and non-gmo. It's disturbing to think of what kind of filth is sticking to and clogging our intestines especially if most of you grew up on the sad diet (standard american diet) as I did. Possible food particles, preservatives, chemicals, addititves, de-natured foods, and/or other un-natural foods that are hard to digest or for the body to completely release, etc. Think of gluten here... Glue-ton.. Sticking to our insides. I've heard of studies finding food particles from when we were small children that showed up in the intestinal or colon tract 20-40 years later (how they determine that I don't want to know..Lol). Many doctors, researchers, health advocates, etc. Are stating that one of the main factors to having great health and preventing dis-ease is having a clean and healthy functioning colon. I knew my body could use a good sweep of the intestines and colon. A collegue of mine suggested this cleanse. I documented and took pictures of my experience on this 3-day cleanse. The pictures show some nasty rubbery material that came out of me so those of you with weak stomachs please be prepared. I've always been in great shape and felt healthy but as I got into my early-mid twenties I noticed I wasn't digesting as well and my bowel movments were irregular. Since doing this cleanse i've had better digestion, nutrient absorbtion has seemed to improve, more energy, clarity of mind and feeling of body and regular bowel movement. During the cleanse it was very smooth and subtle. It wasn't like having diarrhea or uncontrolable releases. I knew when I had to go and was definitely mindful of being near a bathroom. I was so impressed with this cleanse that I decided to distribute it. I want people to feel as good as I do and live a happy healthy life. There are many health products and ways to go about achieving vibrant radiant health and this cleanse is definitely one of them in my book. Great health and happiness to you!

Warm regards,

michael george aka "detox dude"

Exit Only
According to my gastro Dr, and from the five feet of colonoscopy I watched myself, there is no such thing as "ENCRUSTED FECAL MATTER" built up on the colon walls. This is BULL $&*#. If a person eats a healthy diet, plenty of water and fiber9fruits and vegetable), there would be no need to stick a hose up there to flush harmful bacteria and other impurities back up into the body...... Your ass should have a sign that says EXIT ONLY. This is an EXIT hole where WASTE comes out......... Everyone is out to make the almighty $ trying to brain wash people into thinking you have 2-7 pounds of dried caca on your inside colon walls...............SORRY. THIS IS NOT TRUE.....Its a nice and clean and pinkish/yellowish color. Before anyone invest/waste your $ in such a product, speak to a Gastro Dr...............

But not everybody does eat healthy and drink plenty of water and herein lies the problem. Are you telling me my doctor is wrong in telling me to avoid nuts and seeds because they can get caught in my colon and eventually lead to inflamed/infected diverticuli???? I don't know about any 7-10 pounds of encrusted fecal matter but I know I am constantly bloated and my diet is not that bad and i exercise regularly. I'll be trying one of those colon cleansing products. I'll be sure to let you know my results be they good or be they bad.

Knock Yourself Out!
I under no terms stated what you could or could not have, and if you are someone with stomach problems, as in digesting, it would make logical sense to avoid seed and nuts.........If you are going to take something as in a saline flush, where you drink the stuff and it cleanses you out as in for a colonoscopy, its understandable-occasionally. But,to just take a laxative (and get hooked on them or to just flush your system out.....My gastro Drs, I have two(2), have told me to take a probiotic. I have gastritis, and have to avoid caffeine, alcohol, peppers, garlic, (basically all hte good stuff). I have read too much on what these so call cleansinigs can take its toll on your body. Lots of Hollywood celebrities do it to loose weight. It dehydrates you organs and insides......Keep me posted on your blow out! Laughing

I'll keep you posted. I need to cut alcohol and caffeine as well. This has proven to be tougher than I thought for various reasons. I am hoping that even if this "cleanser" is all hype, by following the regimen I'll be more inclined to avoid the alcohol. This week I have increased my Metamucil intake, as well as my drinking water and I haven't had a drink. If I can make it through the weekend, I'll be golden. Wink

Colon Cleansing Products
Hi I have to disagree with you Fairy*. There is impacted waste in your colon. It's just a thin layer throughout the length of the colon, which can be hard to actually notice, and can add up to a couple of pounds. I know this because I have tried numerous colon cleansing products. Before doing one called oxypowder, I went in to see my gastroentrologist and he did a colonoscopy and we looked at my colon. It looked fine.

However, I told my gastroentrologist that I was going to try the oxypowder. He asked that I wait for a few days, just so he can research the ingredients in the oxypowder. He later told me that it would be a good idea for me to try it.

After doing oxypowder for a week, I went back in for another colonoscopy, and my colon looked better then it did the first time. He's the one that told me that there is a thin layer of fecal matter congesting most peoples colon.

With all of that said, I also want to note that there are some good colon cleansing products out there and some really bad colon cleansing products. Cleansers such as Colonix, oxypowder and blessed herbs are all from reputable companies that actually use quality herbs/ingredients. These companies actually care about the health of their customers. I've used all three and talked to the customer service department for each product. And they all took the time to talk to me about their products. These three colon cleansers are the ONLY cleansers that I would recommend. (even though I had a bad colonix experience)

Then you have some colon cleansing products like George Michael mentioned above, with names like "So Easy Cleanse" (which I couldn't even find thru google) or "Dual Action Cleanse", that are basically scams. Google them and you will find massive amounts of complaints. They don't use quality ingredients. They basically throw together a cheap website and try to get you to try it. Those are the companies you speak of, that are only out to make the 'almighty $'.

I do a colon cleanse once every 6 months. Usually in january and july. I prefer to get a colonic done. Because I have found that they are the most effective. But sometimes I'll do the oxypowder cleanse. In my opnion, oxypowder is the best colon cleanser on the market. But, i'm only saying that because I had a negative colonix experience. Since I started colon cleansing, I've felt like a much healthier person.

However, the best way to ensure proper health, is to maintain a healthy lifestyle, including plenty of exercise and a well-balanced diet.

Very well said. I have to agree with Tequila on this as I too incorporate cleansing once and sometimes 2 x a year. Many people suffer under constipation and build up in the colon. Lossing 10lbs of fecal build up is exactly what happened to me when I did my very first cleanse. I did the colonix cleanse and it helped clear up a lot of medical problems as well.
