Pain In My Head

I keep having very bad pain in my head it feels like i'm being stabbed,then its feels like its burning and itchy.I first started with the pain being all over my head but now it stays on my left side it even causes the pain when i'm lying on that side of my head in bed.Ive also been having facial spasm/tics,mostly in my lower left eyelid but ive had it in my cheeks and chin and now its started in my lip.Also ive had a few in my body like pulses under my skin but I also get cramp pains in my sides.I feel very unsteady sometimes,mostly when i'm standing.Ive had some blood tests done but don't get results for another week or so.The pain and the spasms seem to be getting more frequent,any ideas what might be causing it?
