Q: Impacted Wisdom Teeth & No Dental Insurance, Advice?

Straight & to the point, i'm a 21-yr. Old female whose wisdom teeth have been gradually growing in since the age of 18-yr's. I have all four, but only two [the left bottom & the left top] are causing me a great deal of discomfort & extreme pain. I'm living off of advil aspirin & numbing gel.

I do not have dental insurance & I have no idea what to do? I have shown a couple of adults these two wisdom teeth & all have said they look to be impacted. They're swollen, bleeding, & the lower left one has a ball of skin forming around it.

Any advice would greatly help. Anyone who has suggestions on what to do & how to take care of this at a cheap price, please offer them. Thank you so much.
